Pakistan Youth Community (Pyc)

In this society the young people from the cities and from the countryside, professionals or not, often unemployed, have all means to join and reinforce our efforts to raise the brave torch of Human Rights that illuminates the way in which the future of us all is decided.

– Martin Almada

Youth is the time of life between childhood and adulthood (maturity). Definitions of the specific age range that constitutes youth vary. An individual’s actual maturity may not correspond to their chronological age, as immature individuals could exist at all ages.

Pakistan Youth Community is a formal gathering of youth from allover the World.  PYC is held to discuss and decide specific issues and challenges and their practical solutions!

Description

The objectives of PYC are as under:

To empower youth in life skills including: Self Esteem, Decision Making, Communication Skills, Stress Management and Anger Management

To incorporate Patriotism, Civic Sense, Ethics and Volunteerism as integral part of the society.

To provide the platform where they can share their experiences and exchange ideas on how to prevent poverty, drug abuse and crime in the respective cities/villages.

To make the youth participate in a number of challenging and physical activities which enhanced their self esteem, survival, leadership and team building skills.

Develop action plans for prevention to be implemented by participants when they return to their home cities.

The Pakistan Youth Community (PYC) was created in 2011 with the gathering together of many prominent citizens from different countries with the common mission of implementing wholesome, upstanding mindsets into the young people who will become the leaders of the next generation.

The PYC’s mission is to fill in and exceed the shortcomings of the current establishments and systems of education, which evidently cannot adequately address the problem of the youths’ need for self-control and the development of proper instincts. It is therefore the mission of PYC to lead the youth of the world to develop strong hearts that are capable of overcoming the obstacles, which in turn, will transform them into true leaders of a newly globalized world.
